All Mellow pieces are handmade.
If the item your ordered is in stock, your order will be shipped within 1-2 days.
Some pieces are marked made to order and will ship in approximately 3-6 weeks.
If your order is a gift and needs to be delivered by a certain date we will do our best to accommodate your request — please include your instructions in the order notes or in an email to info@mellownyc.com.
Orders will be shipped with USPS or UPS unless specified otherwise, we will do our best to accommodate. Pick-up is also an option to those in NY, we are located at 38 Allen St, NYC.
For international orders the customer is responsible for payment of all duties or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery.
We do our best to re-use packing materials where possible. Please forgive any scrunched up newspaper you might find in your order. Its purely just ensure your ceramic piece is arrives to you safely — If your order is a gift we will make sure it is packed beautifully!
All mellow pieces are handmade, please note that sizes, shapes and colours may vary. Each glaze we use is food-safe and can also be cleaned in the dishwasher, although hand-washing is preferred to increase the longevity of the piece.
Each piece is also microwave safe.
